Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully attracting, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for technical roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business. They will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand the requirements of each role and develop targeted plans to attract the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for technical roles.
  2. Work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand the requirements of each role.
  3. Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  4. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the minimum qualifications for each role.
  5. Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement interview plans, including creating and distributing interview materials and coordinating logistics.
  6. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on technical roles.
  2. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common programming languages.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to analyze data and make recommendations to improve recruitment processes.
  5. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  6. Knowledge of interview techniques and assessment methods.
  7. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Knowledge of technical assessment tools and methodologies.
  3. Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-SPHR.
