Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft 365 support and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. As a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Develop and implement solutions to resolve email deliverability issues, phishing attacks, domain management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and security incidents.
  • Manage licensing assignments, optimization, and cost management for Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate with the helpdesk team to respond to escalated issues within defined SLAs.
  • Implement and monitor Microsoft Secure Score recommendations to enhance security posture.
  • Assist customers with phishing simulations, fraud investigations, and dark web monitoring to ensure their online safety.
  • Perform regular domain health checks, security audits, and proactive risk analysis to identify potential threats.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents like compromised accounts, email spoofing, and unauthorized access.
  • Train end-users on best practices for security, compliance, and collaboration to ensure they stay protected.
  • Update knowledge base articles and provide technical documentation to facilitate issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (desired).
  • 3-5 years of Microsoft 365 support experience (managed IT services experience preferred).
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
  • Knowledge of DNS management and email security best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, BIMI).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools for automating tasks, generating scripts, or documenting processes.
