Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Manager to join our team in the Lubricant Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales and orders booked by Sales Representatives, optimizing sales through effective interventions, and achieving channel-wise targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • To monitor sales and orders booked by Sales Representatives
  • To optimize sales by introducing necessary interventions, such as product of the day promotions
  • To achieve and follow channel-wise targets of GT, LMT, and IMT
  • To ensure and sustain SKU/call and effective route coverage
  • To optimize and increase unique customers through rigorous penetration
  • To optimize and increase per-day sales productivity
  • To ensure aggressive penetration throughout the entire coverage universe
  • To ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
