Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Manager to join our team in the Lubricant Division. This role is responsible for monitoring sales and orders booked by Sales Representatives, optimizing sales through targeted interventions, and achieving channel-wise targets.

Below are the key responsibilities of this role:

1. Sales Monitoring and Optimization
Monitor sales and orders booked by Sales Representatives to identify areas for improvement.
Introduce targeted interventions, such as product of the day, to optimize sales performance.

2. Target Achievement
Work towards achieving and following channel-wise targets of GT, LMT, and IMT.
Ensure aggressive penetration throughout the entire coverage universe.

3. Routine Coverage and Customer Acquisition
Ensure effective SKU/call and route coverage.
Optimize and increase unique customers through rigorous penetration.

4. Sales Productivity Enhancement
Optimize and increase per-day sales productivity.

5. Performance Tracking and Evaluation
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
