Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or customer care with international clients, especially in the US, North America, Canada, & Australia
- A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with business operations and needs in small-to-medium-sized businesses
- Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English communication
