Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand recognition.
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee daily operations to ensure the organization meets its performance and financial goals.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Virtual Makeup Try-On SDK and other AI solutions.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Leadership Team:
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire leadership team and employees.
    • Attract and retain top talent in technology, design, and marketing.
    • Create a healthy and inclusive work environment that aligns with the organization's values.
  • Economic Growth:
    • Drive revenue growth while managing costs to achieve profitability.
    • Secure funding through investors, grants, or other financial channels when required.
    • Maintain strong financial reporting systems and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
Product Focus:
  • Ensure Virtual Makeup Try-On SDK meets customer needs and market trends.
  • Stay updated on advancements in AI, AR, and machine learning to guide product innovation.
  • Drive customer validation processes to refine and enhance product offerings.
