**Job Title:** Client Relations Manager

 

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless communication and support for clients after the booking process. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide assistance and guidance to clients with inquiries or concerns after the booking of apartments or shops.
  • Effectively address and resolve sales-related queries, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed about the status of their bookings and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to streamline the transition from the sales phase to post-sales, ensuring a smooth handover and consistent client experience.
  • Gather feedback from clients and use it to identify areas for improvement in our products or services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in client relations, sales support, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus.
