We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various events, workshops, and conferences organized by our institution.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate event planning and execution of faculty development workshops/courses/symposiums/conferences (ICME) organized by our institution.
- Coordinate Medical Education core project's committee meetings (Faculty development, program evaluation, Curriculum, Research, and e-learning committee) and write drafts of minutes of meetings.
- Understand the policies & procedures of relevant authorities such as HEC, PSF, or other extramural granting agencies.
- Coordinate activities related to curriculum designing/program evaluation of undergraduate and postgraduate Medical Education for our faculty.
- Maintain archives of all faculty development events supported or organized by our institution.
- Prepare reports of the events.
- Work as a team member to organize ICME.
- Provide cover in lieu of a colleague's absence.
- Minimum Age: 25 years
- Minimum Formal Qualification / Education: MBA / Master in Computer Sciences or Statistics / BBA / Bachelors in Education or any Sciences
- Minimum Job Related Experience Required: Three years
- Any Specific Job Related Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds, especially bodies like HEC, granting agencies, and university faculty. Excellent computer skills including Office Word, Excel, and electronic mail. Skills in SPSS, NVivo, and CMS use.
