Job Title: Senior Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced and skilled senior operations executive to oversee the manufacturing process at our facility in Westridge, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, including production planning, quality control, and logistics.
  • Manage a team of labor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet productivity targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all ongoing orders, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required, preferably in the marble and granite industry. Knowledge of bookkeeping methods is also essential for this position.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations management.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
