Job OverviewThis role involves leading cross-functional teams to prepare timely and competitive RFP responses, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities of the Strategic Business Growth ManagerRFP Process ManagementPrepare timely and competitive RFP responses, leveraging team expertise to create effective solutions.
Strategic Business GrowthDevelop strategies to achieve sales targets through strategic RFP submissions, driving business growth and expansion.
Lead GenerationIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
- Business Development Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 2 years focused on RFPs within the tech sector.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong ability to produce clear, concise proposals under tight deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing RFP requirements and synthesizing information into compelling proposals.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills for client negotiations and stakeholder persuasion.
