Key responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for queries about investment research content and functionalities.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably with global clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • High integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and databases is preferred.
