Job Description

Microvision IT Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to support onboarding and enablement of small business clients on the Go2Sell platform. The ideal candidate will be the first contact for new leads, assisting with discovery calls, understanding client needs, platform setup, and initial digital marketing efforts.

This client-facing role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to new leads and schedule discovery calls.
  • Educate clients on platform capabilities and assist with setup.
  • Support store creation, including product uploads, branding, and configuration.
  • Provide credentials and personalized onboarding support.
  • Be the main contact for client queries during onboarding and early adoption.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams on SEO, social media, and promotions.
  • Identify pain points and collaborate with the product team to improve onboarding.
  • Maintain CRM and tracking systems for follow-ups.
  • Build strong client relationships and coordinate with internal teams for retention and growth.
  • Lead product presentations and proposals.
  • Leverage SEO, email marketing, and social media to boost traffic and sales (preferred).
  • Contribute strategically to business growth.
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years in client onboarding, customer success, or product operations, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with quick learning ability for new tools.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good to have
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or social media strategies.
