Sales Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to promote our pharmaceutical products door-to-door.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bid on new business opportunities and foster existing customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by maintaining a strong work ethic and consistently applying sound sales techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant information to ensure seamless operations and informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in door-to-door sales.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to connect with diverse customer groups.
  • A strong work ethic and capacity for independent work, combined with excellent time management skills.
  • The capability to meet and surpass sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
