Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Supervisor located in the Karachi Division. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, supervising plant staff, managing plant maintenance routines, and coordinating preventive maintenance activities. The role includes training staff to ensure efficient and safe plant operations.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory skills and experience in managing staff
  • Expertise in plant operations and overseeing day-to-day activities
  • Plant Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Experience in training and developing staff
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field is preferred
