About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Leader to manage, support, and motivate sales teams within assigned areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, building strong relationships with clients and distributors, and analysing market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Monitor and analyse sales data, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors, ensuring excellent customer service and driving revenue growth.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performance sales teams.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activities, making informed decisions to drive business success.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, staying focused on long-term goals and objectives.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in sales management roles within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions and priorities.
