Sr. CRM Developer (Dynamics 365)

Job Description

As a seasoned expert in Customer Relationship Management, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet the business needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in implementing end-to-end Dynamics CRM solutions, with hands-on knowledge of the platform, XRM Framework, entity model, security model, Web services, and Web API.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Customizing the system to meet business needs
  • Integrating existing systems and services into the CRM architecture
  • Ensuring development work is fully documented for future maintenance activities
  • Providing accurate estimates for required development work and delivering within specified time scales

The successful candidate will possess extensive .NET Framework and C# development experience, including expertise in the CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.

In addition, they should have experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, CRM Administration, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

A strong understanding of third-party Extraction, Transformation, and Loading tools using Kingsway Soft is also desired.

Other requirements include:

  • Working closely with technical Project Managers and Business Analysts to determine project timelines, quality levels, and key project results
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating project success methodologies and frameworks to steer projects from initiation to completion
  • Developing and refining CRM implementation standards and tools

This role requires a dynamic individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and solve complex problems.
