Senior AI Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Specialist to drive AI innovation across our portfolio.

This role requires developing and deploying AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • AI Strategy and Execution:
    • Design and implement AI/ML models across our brands.
    • Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation in various industries.
  • Software Development and Integration:
    • Build scalable software systems integrated with AI technologies.
    • Collaborate with teams to incorporate AI into operational workflows.
  • Leadership and Team Building:
    • Recruit and manage a talented local development team.
    • Establish and oversee a local office, creating a high-performance environment.
  • Execution and Innovation:
    • Deliver AI initiatives with a focus on speed, execution, and quality.
    • Encourage creative thinking and out-of-the-box solutions.
    • Maintain a competitive edge by staying updated on emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML models.
  • Build scalable software systems integrated with AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with teams to incorporate AI into operational workflows.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on work in AI/ML.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++; frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn; and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Leadership Skills: Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and managing technical teams.
