Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Sales & Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of both lead generation and sales strategy, working across software, SaaS, and AI verticals:
Lead Generation & Prospecting- Build and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, Upwork, cold outreach, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts.
- Research target industries and generate B2B leads through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, or Hunter.io.
- Convert leads into long-term business clients through consultative and solution-based selling.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with the tech team to tailor solutions for client-specific needs.
- Plan and execute high-conversion marketing strategies for AI-based products and SaaS services.
- Oversee digital campaigns including content, SEO, email marketing, and social media (especially LinkedIn).
- Conduct competitor analysis, optimize messaging, and ensure strong online brand visibility.
- Track, manage, and optimize performance using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).
- Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and meet monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS marketing, or AI-based tech sales.
- Strong background in lead generation, sales funnel creation, and outreach strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with digital sales tools: CRM systems, Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
- Understanding of AI solutions, SaaS platforms, and software development processes.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a relevant field (MBA preferred but not required).
