Marketing Automation and CRM Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing our GTM engine, improving revenue efficiency, and ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and customer operations.

This role involves owning and managing Zoho CRM, designing and implementing lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages, and creating dashboards, reports, and KPIs for BD and digital teams.

In addition, the successful candidate will analyze funnel metrics from lead to close, collaborate with Digital Marketing to support campaign targeting, reporting, and lead flow, and work with BDRs, AEs, and Marketing to ensure accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting.

They will also drive SLA management, agreement workflows, and document control between Sales, Finance, and Product, and maintain up-to-date playbooks, templates, and SOPs for BD/Marketing teams.

Furthermore, this role requires strong expertise in Zoho CRM, proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Google Data Studio, or BI tools, and a deep understanding of B2B funnels, GTM processes, and/or RCM business models.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills, as well as experience working with healthcare SaaS or RCM companies.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Ops, or CRM Management.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Owning and managing Zoho CRM, ensuring clean data, optimized workflows, and proper integration with marketing automation and finance tools.
  • Designing and implementing lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle stages.
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs for BD and digital teams.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Ops, or CRM Management.
  • Strong expertise in Zoho CRM (Zoho One Suite experience is a big plus).
  • Proficient in Excel/Sheets, Google Data Studio, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnels, GTM processes, and/or RCM business models.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
  • Experience with healthcare SaaS or RCM companies.
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms.
