Job Opportunity: Lead Qualifier

Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, is the location for this role. Preference will be given to residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas.

About Us:

We are a software company that provides healthcare IT and medical billing services to the US market.

Responsibilities:

  • We require a skilled professional to qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and online research to determine potential fit.
    • The candidate will engage with US-based prospects to gather key information and assess interest in our products and services.
    • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and qualification status in the CRM system is essential.
      • This role requires collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to align qualification criteria and handoff processes.
        • The successful candidate will follow up with prospects at various stages of the pipeline to nurture and convert leads. Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads is expected.
          • Staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings is crucial to effectively communicate value propositions.
            • Technical skills required include proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and detail orientation are also necessary. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualification Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university is required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a lead qualification or similar role (experience is essential).
  • Working Timings:

5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (US Time-zone)
