Job Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned BIM expert who will lead the way in innovative digital construction solutions. As a BIM Project Coordinator, you will oversee the development and implementation of Building Information Models (BIM) across multiple projects. This pivotal role requires a unique blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing BIM projects, from initial planning to final execution. You will work closely with the BIM Manager to establish and enforce BIM standards, drive workflow efficiency, and optimize BIM output quality.

About Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will oversee the entire BIM project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and review.
  • You will manage BIM standards, defining requirements and enforcing adherence to established guidelines.
  • You will coordinate workflows across various project disciplines, promoting seamless collaboration and minimizing conflicts.
  • You will maintain and update central BIM models, ensuring accuracy and relevance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will assess BIM outputs, resolving discrepancies and inefficiencies promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing BIM projects or similar roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of BIM software, ideally holding certifications in BIM or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
