Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Pattern Maker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate digital patterns for apparel and bags using computer-aided design (CAD) software (preferably GGT, Rich Piece or any other relevant software). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making principles, and CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create digital patterns: Use CAD software (e.g. preferably GGT, Rich Piece or any other relevant software) to create accurate digital patterns for apparel and bags.
  2. Interpret design specifications: Analyze design sketches, technical packages, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate pattern creation.
  3. Develop and maintain pattern blocks: Create and update pattern blocks for various garment styles and sizes.
  4. Collaborate with design and production teams: Work closely with designers, product developers, and production teams to ensure patterns meet design intent and manufacturing requirements.
  5. Conduct fit analysis and adjustments: Analyze fit issues and make necessary adjustments to patterns to ensure optimal fit and quality.
  6. Maintain pattern archives and libraries: Organize and update pattern archives and libraries to ensure efficient access and reuse of patterns.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software: Participate in training and stay current with the latest CAD software, pattern-making techniques, and industry developments.
