Job Description:
  • Lead the Pakistan Office: Take charge of our Pakistan operations, developing and executing a long-term strategic roadmap to drive growth and expansion.
  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Oversee and optimize business operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Expand Market Presence: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and technological advancements to expand services and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build a High-Performing Team: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, diverse team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
  • Lead Financial Management: Lead budgeting, financial planning, and performance management to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Represent the Company: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand credibility and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Proactively Manage Risks: Proactively identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Champion Innovation: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation.
  • Deliver Customer Value: Strengthen customer relationships by delivering value-driven solutions and exceptional client service.
  • Establish Corporate Governance: Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and performance metrics that align with global corporate governance standards.
Requirements:
  • Senior Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the technology sector, with at least 10 years of progressive experience.
  • Strong Business Acumen: Strong ability to drive growth, manage budgets, and achieve business objectives.
  • Successful Remote Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and scaling remote or hybrid teams across diverse geographies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Expertise in formulating and executing strategies to navigate complex market dynamics.
  • Exceptional Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to inspire, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
  • In-Depth Industry Insights: In-depth understanding of the technology sector, including trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Preferred Education: A degree in business administration, technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Hiring Process:
