Controller of Examinations Opportunity

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Controller of Examinations at Government College University Faisalabad.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all examination-related activities, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and fairness. They will work closely with academic departments to develop and implement examination policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement examination policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Oversee all examination-related activities, including scheduling, invigilation, and result processing.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to ensure alignment with institutional goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the highest standards of integrity and fairness in all examination processes.

Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in any discipline from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC).
  • Eight years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized public or private universities or degree awarding institutes or public sector organizations.
    • OR MS or M.Phil in any discipline or 18 years education from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC).
    • Ten years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized institutions.
      • OR MA or MSc in any discipline or 16 years education with at least 2nd division from a recognized university or degree awarding institute (recognized by HEC).
      • Twelve years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in HEC recognized institutions.
