Job Title: Marketing Referral Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Marketing Referral Specialist. This role involves building strong partnerships with healthcare clinics and providers, securing referral agreements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact healthcare clinics and providers to introduce our services and build long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate and establish referral collaborations with potential partners.
  • Maintain a database of leads, follow up consistently, and track partnership progress.
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth coordination of referral programs.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand our referral network and increase business growth.

Requirements:

  • Sales or marketing experience (healthcare industry preferred but not required).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM PST).
