Overview

The Insights Desk is seeking a Partnerships & Strategy Lead (APAC & Middle East) to drive business development initiatives across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving strategic partnerships in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead business development efforts across Asia Pacific & Middle East markets, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with corporates, consulting firms, corporates, and market research companies.
  • Develop and execute strategies for partnerships, collaborations, and client engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches to global stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with organizational strategy.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance and business development activities.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience working in a global organization, ideally in business development, strategy, or client relations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across diverse cultures.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
