Digital Business Operations Specialist

We seek an experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Business Operations Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor business projects aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Deliverables tracking, project timeline management, and interdepartmental communication support.
  • Audit documentation accuracy and ensure proper archiving of project records.
  • Review and manage contracts, service agreements, and financial documents.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to process documents accurately and timely.
  • Day-to-day management of online marketplaces and platforms.
  • Align product offerings with legal and regulatory standards through collaboration with product and compliance teams.
  • Risk assessment, documentation, and regulatory review across product life cycles.
  • External vendor and service provider communication management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university (preferred).
  • 1-1.5 years of experience in Project Management, project administration, business operations or similar roles.
  • E-commerce platform understanding and digital business operation knowledge.
  • Contract handling, compliance workflow, and internal reporting familiarity.
  • Organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Productivity tool proficiency, project management software expertise a plus.
  • Independent and collaborative teamwork ability.
