
Senior Business Development Manager

Gateso is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Growth Strategist to join its dynamic team. As a key player in the Sales Development department, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential customers, cultivating new business opportunities, and efficiently managing leads throughout the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and cultivate potential customers, creating new business opportunities through effective market research and outreach strategies.
- Contact and qualify potential customers to assess their needs and develop tailored sales approaches.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates and achieve sales goals.
- Monitor and report progress towards meeting sales targets, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective strategies for reaching targets, leveraging market trends and customer feedback.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to establish relationships and generate leads, positioning Gateso as a thought leader in the industry.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunity for growth.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of achievement.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, with ability to leverage data and analytics to inform sales decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, navigating complex sales environments and overcoming obstacles.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with ability to adapt and evolve in response to changing market conditions.
