Lead Design Professional Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned and skilled Lead Design Professional to oversee the design and construction processes of various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and project managers to develop project plans, create architectural designs, and supervise construction teams.

About the Role:
  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clients and project managers to determine project requirements and develop plans.
  2. They will create architectural designs using advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
  3. Manage all phases of the design process from concept to final construction drawings.
  4. Supervise construction teams to ensure adherence to design specifications and budgets.
  5. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
  6. Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  7. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and contractors.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal standards.
  • Experience with residential or commercial projects is preferred.
