Role Overview:

The Digital Payments Transformation Specialist at Jazz will play a pivotal role in spearheading the digitization of the payments value chain within the supply chain ecosystem. This position involves nationwide ownership of the portfolio, overseeing end-to-end delivery of organizational growth ambitions, and leading a team across all regions to digitize payments within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive adoption of digital payment solutions among distributors and suppliers nationwide, focusing on key industries such as FMCG, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and beverages.
  • Lead a team responsible for prospecting, shortlisting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with distributors and suppliers, providing necessary training and support to facilitate the transition to digital payment methods.
  • Collaborate closely with large manufacturers and principals to advocate for digital payment adoption among their distributor networks, driving top-down alignment and engagement.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure seamless alignment of merchants along the payment value chain, providing strategic direction and support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to design and improve solutions tailored to the specific needs of supply chain stakeholders, leveraging industry insights and feedback.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key performance indicators to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain payment processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and coordination to field teams during the execution phase of digital payment initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, channel management, or related roles within the supply chain domain.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams, with demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Extensive experience working with FMCG, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, or beverage industries is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of distribution channels and dynamics within major industries, coupled with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
