Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

">
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in assigned territory.
  • Train and develop dealer staff to meet performance expectations.
  • Maintain parts and lubricants inventory as per market demand.
  • Evaluate and improve dealer infrastructure, including CIP implementation, to drive business growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, OEMs, and dealers to resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Conduct training sessions at SDC facilities, collaborating with CCM and Trainers.
  • Promote positive interactions between dealers and stockiests to ensure smooth spare parts operations.
  • Track and expedite delivery of VOUs from distributors to dealers.
  • Develop and execute service promotional activities aligned with business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  1. Achieve monthly / yearly sales targets in assigned territory.
  2. Train and develop dealer staff and CCT.
  3. Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through project rolled out.
  4. Maintain relationship with OEM & Support dealer in resolution of customer complaints.
  5. Conduct training at S.D.C. as per scheduled with the support of CCM & Trainer.
  6. Ensure there is positive relationship between dealer and stockiest for smooth spare parts business.
  7. Track & Follow up for Speed up the delivery of V.O.R from distributor to dealer.
  8. Plan & execute service promotional activities & initiatives, as per business plan in assigned territory.
