Job Description:

Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for walk-in customers at the experience center.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure standardization.
  • A minimum Bachelor's degree is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and guide walk-in customers at the experience center.
  2. Develop a basic understanding of the CRM system and all linked portals.
  3. Handle customer queries and enhance their experience by providing exceptional service.
  4. Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation.
  5. Sales support from the experience center.
  6. Initiate improvements to customer experience and minimize wait/service times.
  7. Build confidence and professionalism to serve customers effectively.
  8. Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  9. Manage customer retention and churn.
  10. Coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.
  11. Achieve monthly KPIs related to adherence, service, and sales.
  12. Stay updated on policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value-added services offered.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
  • Experience in sales and customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email communication.
  • Knowledge of telecom products and customer management systems.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure standardization.
