Online Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our online retail store. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team based in the UK and Pakistan.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email.
  • Create new product listings on marketplace channels.
  • Update stock levels using spreadsheets.
  • Enter product data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Edit and upload product images on marketplace channels.
  • Conduct market research on competitors' products and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2 years of experience in managing online retail stores.
  • ICS or bachelor's degree in IT, with a preferable background in A-levels.

Bonus skills:

  • eBay or Amazon customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of store listing policies on Amazon or eBay.
  • Social media marketing skills, including SEO.
  • Basic graphic design skills for creating simple graphics and banners.
  • Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Magento, or Shopify.

We offer training on our internal software systems. The role is available for an afternoon shift, located in Bahria Town, Lahore. Public and paid holidays are included in the benefits package.
