Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

You will be responsible for leading the Sales team, and shall involve coaching and training them to meet sales targets. Your role is to understand and communicate clients' requirements, provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team is equipped to market properties effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing Salesforce by ensuring teams are coached, trained, and have the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
  • Communicate with clients to gather their needs and preferences, then convey them clearly to the sales team.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team to achieve sales targets or exceed expectations.
  • Evaluate client information to brief them on relevant property units, and equip the sales team with knowledge and tools to showcase and market properties efficiently.
  • Clients must receive demonstrations, site visits, and timely closure of deals.
  • Ensure continuous communication with clients to update them on evolving changes in requirements, maintaining customer satisfaction, and encouraging repeat business.
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with clients, identifying new business opportunities through networking and building professional relationships.

Requirements:

  • Hold an education degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Possess genuine interest in sales, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and delivering outstanding customer service while aligning with company values.
  • Accumulate 6-10 years of sales experience (prior management experience preferred).
  • Achieve local and international exposure through partnerships.
