Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the maintenance of our company's core IT systems. This hybrid role involves overseeing network operations, maintaining system performance, ensuring data security, and supporting IT services across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking protocols and infrastructure, as well as solid experience with Windows/Linux systems. Familiarity with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Manage VPNs, VLANs, and ensure network security and redundancy

System Administration:

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, etc.
  • Perform system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery planning
  • Monitor system health and automate routine tasks

Security & Support:

  • Implement and monitor security tools (firewalls, antivirus, endpoint protection)
  • Manage access controls and user account provisioning
  • Provide technical support for end users (remotely and on-site)
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and data protection regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in a similar hybrid role
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure
  • Solid experience with Windows/Linux systems
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus
  • Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Server+, etc.) is a plus
