Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing line haul operations, enhancing the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of transportation and logistics. This role requires a combination of data analysis, strategic planning, and strong communication skills to manage daily emails, communicate with stakeholders, and develop KPIs to measure business effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and follow-up on daily emails and information.
  • Contact and communicate with all stakeholders both internally & externally.
  • Updating and Publishing T&T Report on daily basics.
  • Communicating with the hubs managers and understand workloads and operation schedules.
  • Development of KPIs to check the effective and efficient of the business.
  • CARRIER PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS.
  • Problem solving in case of any change in schedules.
  • Understanding and developing the inventory report of different hubs to the check the workloads.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
  • Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain Processes.
  • Should have problem-solving abilities
  • Good command on verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have strong command on Excel.
  • Should have basic understanding of inventory management: FIFO Methods
  • Understand logistics in detail.
  • Negotiation skills to deal with stake holders
  • Ability to formulate the Supply Chain Strategy.
