About the role:

This position is part of the IP Core, Core Transport Implementation and Access Transport Implementation team, responsible for executing end-to-end deployment of network infrastructure including MW Rollout, CEs, PE/P routers, CDNs, DWDM systems, and IP Aggregation layers. The role combines deep technical expertise with project management skills, ensuring timely, efficient, and quality-driven implementation of network rollouts, upgrades, and migrations. The individual will act as a technical lead for field teams and a liaison between engineering, planning, vendor, and project management stakeholders.

Your Impactful Goals will include:
  • Ensure successful implementation of IP Core and Transport network projects in accordance with approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage and track project milestones, resource alignment, material readiness, and vendor coordination to eliminate delays.
  • Deliver configurations and site-level activations as per approved network plans.
  • Act as the technical interface during rollout and handovers, ensuring all acceptance criteria are met.
  • Drive issue resolution during rollout and post-deployment phases with minimum impact on network operations.
Your Typical Day will look like:
  • Reviewing project scope, design packages, and implementation plans with internal teams and vendors.
  • Preparing daily rollout schedules, tracking site-wise progress, and flagging any risks or blockers.
  • Executing or supervising router/switch configuration, connectivity testing, and service provisioning.
  • Coordinating with the Operations, planning, and quality teams for live cutovers, alarms clearance, and network health verification.
  • Attending project review meetings, updating documentation, and ensuring all deliverables are aligned with contractual timelines.
Your Career Path:

This role offers a growth path toward positions such as Manager network rollout, senior Manager network rollout, or Infrastructure Delivery Manager, with opportunities to work on nationwide rollouts, emerging technologies, and vendor-driven deployments across the telecom and enterprise domains.

What we're looking for:

Education:Bachelor's degree in electrical or Telecom.

Work experience:At least 5 Years Experience

Certifications:Cisco CCNP-SP / JNCIP-SP andProject Management Certifications (PMP) will be preferred.

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of IP/MPLS protocols (OSPF, BGP, ISIS, LDP, Segment Routing).
  • Experience in router and transport equipment commissioning (CEs, PE/P, DWDM, IP-Agg, CDN).
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate field teams, vendors, and logistics.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle management, implementation tracking, and reporting tools (MS Project, Primavera P6)
  • Familiar with change management, HLD/LLD interpretation, and implementation checklists.
  • Competence in network quality verification, post-deployment testing, and technical handovers.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
