As a QA Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and stability of our software applications.

Your key responsibilities will include testing applications/systems in fast-paced environments with both long and short development cycles.

You will be required to understand backend and frontend website features, load/performance and automation testing.

Additionally, you will execute test plans, including unit, integration and end-to-end system testing.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently on projects, possess strong communication and analytical skills, and have highly motivated and energetic attitude.

Responsibilities:

  1. Able to test application/system in fast-paced environment with both long and short development cycles
  2. Understand backend and frontend website features, load/performance and automation testing
  3. Execution of test plans, including unit, integration and end-to-end system testing
  4. Use JIRA for streamlining communication between developers and testers
  5. Participate in review of requirements and designs
  6. Work with designers, producers, and engineers to define testing risks
  7. Send centralized and finalized status reports to the lead tester and developers
  8. Analyze if a project is stable enough for release
  9. Assist in the preparation of test plans and test scripts
  10. Report bugs and issues promptly
  11. Use Excel & Power BI for analytical insights
  12. Conduct end-user training as needed
  13. Maintain thorough documentation
