Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our department, planning and organizing quality control activities, and collaborating with our Quality Operations head to comply with corporate and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize quality control activities to ensure timely analysis and release of raw materials, drug products, and packaging components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist in proposing new equipment and instruments required in the laboratory to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide on-the-job training to laboratory colleagues and ensure good laboratory practices are followed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
