Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execute campaigns across various platforms. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer with a passion for consumer SaaS products who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

You will be responsible for managing budgets, optimizing paid media campaigns, staying ahead of digital marketing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and engagement. If you have a keen eye for design, copy, and video content and love testing new ideas to optimize performance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
  • Manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI and scalable growth.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep our campaigns innovative and impactful.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing assets across video, copy, and design.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, ads, and emails.
  • Identify and manage content creators and influencers to build a steady pipeline of user-generated content (UGC).
  • Launch creative content initiatives that drive engagement and improve conversion rates.
  • Plan, promote, and execute webinars to educate and engage prospective users.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ads, and emails to drive performance improvements.

This role is classified as mid-senior level and requires 5–8+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and campaign optimization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing digital marketing campaigns, a strong understanding of consumer SaaS products, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently in a remote environment, have experience with webinar strategy and execution, and possess a self-starter mentality. Familiarity with affiliate marketing, partnership strategies, A/B testing tools, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a plus.
