We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Planner to support our field services operations. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations across site teams and cross-functional departments.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in planning, commercial administration, invoicing, and team coordination. They will be responsible for collaborating with operational teams to meet targets, maintaining site coverage and rotational planning, coordinating site schedules, and ensuring adherence to internal/external audits and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate site schedules to ensure 100% compliance with staffing and coverage requirements.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to meet targets and ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including payment tracking, purchase orders, invoicing, and statements.
  • Prepare work-in-progress and management reports independently, analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop dashboards for financial and operational insights, using data visualization tools to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (preferably electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or telecom).
  • Minimum 3+ years in project planning/administration; 1–3 years of team rotation and administrative planning experience.
  • Proficient in MS Project or equivalent planning software; advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
  • Proven experience in financial tracking, reporting, and commercial administration.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of health & safety standards and protocols.
  • High integrity with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
