As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, engaging with senior decision-makers to secure sales through a consultative approach. You'll need to create, manage, and close sales opportunities while having a deep understanding of our product, client environment, and strong accounting knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities via phone, email, and social platforms;
  2. FOLLOWING THE LEADS ALLOCATED OR REFERRALS PROVIDED;
  3. Engaging and developing sales opportunities through a consultative sales approach;
  4. Having a consultative conversation with decision makers about their accounting process;
  5. Identifying people involved in the buying process and engaging at all levels;
  6. Managing the end-to-end sales process, bringing in resources from across the business when required;
  7. Managing data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communication is logged and customer records are accurate.

Requirements:

  • Previous B2B sales experience, ideally in software sales;
  • Experience in data management and MS Excel;
  • Excellent administration skills and experience managing inbound/outbound calls;
