Job Title: Senior Sales Professional
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share in Pakistan.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Pakistan, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Grow and defend existing Givaudan business in specific Fragrance Consumer Products segments.
- Set up and review account plans, sales forecasts, and budgets to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor fragrance trends, competitor activity, and product development to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute business plans that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, key account management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the fragrance industry, with a deep understanding of fragrance trends and consumer preferences.
- Knowledge of international markets and cultural differences, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive sales growth.
