Job Responsibilities:

  • In this role, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and acquiring new customers (HNI and UHNI) through consultative selling of our Premium cards products.
  • You'll identify and pursue new premium customers through existing leads and timely execution of all sales activities.
  • We regularly host marketing events for customers and prospects, which you'll attend and participate in.
  • You'll connect with prospective customers, set appointments, meet in person/remote, and suggest the appropriate product after researching and understanding their needs.
  • E nsure all applications are accurately completed and submitted properly for further processing. Track the application status and ensure completion, resolve any application processing issues.
  • Initiate card activation and usage activities after onboarding new customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and market benchmarking.
  • Meet performance standards on sales, controls, and compliance while delivering a positive customer experience during acquisition.
  • Collaborate with various lead generation channels to create leads, follow up, meet, and close sales.
