
Learning & Development Opportunity Specialist

This role presents a chance to drive learning initiatives and support the growth of our organization.
As a Learning & Development Assistant Manager, you will work closely with department heads to identify training needs, manage projects, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Key aspects of this position include:
- Developing and implementing company-wide training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend effective solutions.
- Supporting the management of onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs.
- Monitoring training outcomes and compiling reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
- Coordinating external trainers, resources, and logistics for in-person and online sessions.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and content.
- Utilizing LMS tools for training assignments, tracking, and reporting.
For this role, we seek an individual with a solid background in learning and development who is ready to take on a leadership-supporting capacity.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
L&D or HR-related certifications (e.g., CIPD Level 3/5, ATD, SHRM) would be beneficial.
Work ArrangementsThis role requires working from our office location.
