Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives. This role will drive the integration of instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and educational tools to enhance employee learning.

This position requires a forward-thinking leader with strong experience in instructional design, digital learning platforms, and project management.

  • Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement a digital learning strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Digital Learning Development: Oversee the design and creation of engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules.
  • Technology & Platform Management: Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools for seamless delivery of content and reporting.
  • Training & Support: Design and conduct training programs for internal teams on effective use of digital learning tools.
  • Assessment & Improvement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital learning programs and analyze learner engagement to optimize outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or Computer Science.
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.
