About the Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the development and execution of digital advertising strategies. As a Digital Advertising Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to drive marketing objectives.

This role requires a solid understanding of the entire Digital Marketing ecosystem, with in-depth experience optimizing Google Ads Platform. You should be able to optimize accounts for industry-best cost per conversion while ensuring accurate tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital advertising strategies to achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with leadership on company marketing and advertising strategy and execution.
  • Mentor and support a team of Digital Advertising Specialists to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.
  • Analyze advertising performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Implement and manage paid advertising strategies for clients assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • 5+ years of experience planning and implementing successful Paid Search and Paid Social strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Technical Skills:
  • Expert proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, Excel, and various Office Tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
