Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our business growth initiatives.
As a key member of the ITEL Services team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the IT and telecom sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- IDentify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and telecom sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the IT and telecom industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of IT and telecom solutions, including hardware, software, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
