  • Explore and pilot various training delivery methods applicable to the TCF school network.
  • Define technology's role in delivering effective training and professional development workshops for faculty members.
  • Build capacity among team members to become effective trainers and design thinkers.
  • Oversee teacher competency assessments, including content knowledge testing.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments on training program design, execution, implementation, and evaluation.
