Real Estate Sales Professional

Sales professionals in our company work with clients to buy, sell, and rent properties. This role is ideal for someone who is a licensed real estate agent and has experience in sales.

  • The sales professional will create lists for real estate sale properties, including information about the location, features, and square footage.
  • Showcasing properties to potential buyers and renters is another key responsibility. The sales professional must be able to present properties in a way that highlights their best features.
  • Presenting purchase offers to sellers requires strong negotiation skills. The sales professional must be able to communicate effectively and find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers is a critical aspect of this job. The sales professional must remain neutral and ensure that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Reviewing purchase contracts ensures that terms are met. The sales professional must have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify any potential issues.
  • Promoting properties through ads, listings, and open houses is also a key responsibility. The sales professional must be creative and think outside the box when it comes to marketing properties.
  • Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction requires attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Maintaining your real estate license and knowledge is essential for this role. The sales professional must stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry trends.

This role requires a valid driver's license and strong interpersonal skills. The sales professional must be able to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively.
