  • Showcasing properties to potential buyers and renters is another key responsibility. The sales professional must be able to present properties in a way that highlights their best features.
  • Presenting purchase offers to sellers requires strong negotiation skills. The sales professional must be able to communicate effectively and find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers is a critical aspect of this job. The sales professional must remain neutral and ensure that both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Reviewing purchase contracts ensures that terms are met. The sales professional must have a keen eye for detail and be able to identify any potential issues.
  • Promoting properties through ads, listings, and open houses is also a key responsibility. The sales professional must be creative and think outside the box when it comes to marketing properties.
  • Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction requires attention to detail and organizational skills.
